Preparatory phase

The aim of this phase is to ensure the feasibility and chances of success of the file, based on an analysis of the documents submitted by the client.
  • Analysis of the file
  • Request and examination of your file at the Immigration Office and your previous council (if applicable)
  • Sending the list of necessary documents as well as all the useful information to compile your file
  • Verification and support to complete the file until it is optimal
  • Recommendations for completing the file or improving its chances of success, if necessary
  • Response to questions relating to the creation of the file by email (exclusively).
  • 1 phone call of 15/20 minutes to answer any questions
FIRST PROVISION

Drafting and introduction phase of the procedure

  • New verification of all documents

Monitoring phase until final decision

Success fee in the event of a positive decision except for renewals of stay or change of status, or for requests to maintain stay
  • Sending emails to the various competent authorities to verify receipt of the file
  • Intervention at each important stage of the procedure with the competent authority
  • Regular reminders thanks to our workflow system
  • Sending additional information at the request of the competent authorities and/or in the event of a change in the customer's situation
  • Responses to emails related to the current procedure until final decision
