: Amount deducted from the procedural fees if the case is opened within 48 hours of sending the legal opinion following the consultation.*

Preparatory Phase

The aim of this phase is to ensure the feasibility and chances of success of the case, based on an analysis of the documents submitted by the client.
  • Case analysis
  • Application and review of your file at the Immigration Office and your previous legal counsel (if applicable)
  • Sending you the list of required documents and all the information you need to complete your application
  • Verification and support to complete the file until it is optimal
  • Recommendations for completing the application or improving its chances of success, if necessary
  • Questions relating to the preparation of the file will be answered by email (exclusively).
  • One 15-20 minute phone call to answer any questions
FIRST PROVISION

Drafting and introduction phase of the procedure

  • New verification of all documents
  • Legal research tailored to your case, if necessary
  • Drafting a reasoned request based on facts and law
  • Internal review of the request by Mr. HALABI
  • Sending the request to the client for validation
  • Adjusting the request based on any feedback received
  • Preparation of the signed application, and its classified attachments, and sending as a PDF so that it can be submitted to the competent authority

SECOND PROVISION

Follow-up phase until final decision.

Success fee in case of a positive decision, except for renewals of stay or change of status, or for applications to maintain stay.
  • Sending emails to the various relevant authorities to verify receipt of the file
  • Intervention at each important stage of the procedure with the competent authority
  • Regular follow-ups thanks to our workflow system
  • Sending additional information at the request of the competent authorities and/or in the event of a change in the client's situation
  • Responding to emails related to the ongoing procedure until a final decision is reached
  • Sending instructions for case follow-up in the event of a successful procedure, or analysis of the decision and proposed written strategy in the event of a refusal
