Quiz
Complete the online questionnaire.
This step is mandatory
- creation of a contact sheet for each client in our file management system for optimal monitoring
- time saving and consultation devoted 100% to the strategy of your file
- examination of each situation before setting an appointment to assess the duration of consultation necessary and whether a procedure is possible
- assignment of the most specialized lawyer to your situation
- preparation of the consultation by your lawyer several hours before the appointment, research on your situation, analysis of your documents before the first consultation
We therefore recommend that you send us a copy of any decisions you have received in advance.
Here are the recommendations to help you complete the questionnaire
- Choose the type of questionnaire suited to your situation
- Complete the questionnaire fields accurately
- The questionnaire must be completed for/by the person for whom the request will be submitted
General information required for all file types:
- Name and surname of the person for whom the request must be submitted
- Nationality
- Country of residence and if in Belgium, address
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Residence situation of the person: illegal or legal residence (if possible specify the type of residence documents)
- Description of your situation: this is the most important part: please explain to us when you arrived in Belgium, the reason why you are consulting us, if you have already had procedures in the past and their results, if you have family in Belgium…The more precise the description of the situation, the better we can prepare the questionnaire and develop a strategy
- Would you like to receive information by email: this allows you to be informed of any changes in the law or procedures. It is therefore recommended to subscribe to it
Specific information to indicate in the description of the situation depending on the type of procedure:
For a marriage file, legal cohabitation, child recognition, family reunification: please specify the nationality of the spouse/partner/child
For a single permit file : please specify the type of function, your qualifications, the worker's residence situation (in Belgium: legal or illegal stay/abroad)
For an economic immigration file or for family or other reasons : please tell us if you have property or regular income (e.g. rent, dividends, pension, etc.) in Belgium or abroad, which would allow you to considered as “holder of sufficient resources”
For a nationality file: please specify the number of years of legal residence, the type of residence permit and your socio-economic integration (work, training, studies, etc.)
For a humanitarian or medical regularization file: please tell us if you have already submitted requests in the past and which ones, and describe your medical or humanitarian situation.
If you experience difficulties (technical or otherwise) in completing this questionnaire, do not hesitate to contact Lena at the secretariat on 02/5031217 , she will happily help you.
