Quiz
Complete the online questionnaire.
This step is mandatory
- We create a contact record for each client in our case management system for optimal follow-up
- Save time and dedicate 100% of your consultation to the strategy of your case
- Each situation is examined before scheduling an appointment to assess the necessary consultation time and whether a procedure is feasible
- Assignment of the most specialized lawyer for your situation
- Your lawyer will prepare for the consultation several hours before the appointment, researching your situation and analyzing your documents before the first consultation
We therefore recommend that you send us a copy of all decisions you may have received in advance.
Here are some recommendations to help you complete the questionnaire
- Choose the type of questionnaire that best suits your situation.
- Fill in the questionnaire fields accurately.
- The questionnaire must be completed for/by the person for whom the application will be submitted.
General information required for all types of files:
- Name and surname of the person for whom the application must be submitted
- Nationality
- Country of residence and, if in Belgium, address
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Person's residency status: illegally or legally residing (if possible, specify the type of residency documents)
- Description of your situation: This is the most important part. Please explain when you arrived in Belgium, the reason you are consulting us, whether you have already undergone any procedures in the past and their outcome, and whether you have family in Belgium. The more precise your description, the better we can prepare the questionnaire and develop a strategy
- Would you like to receive information by email? This service keeps you up-to-date on any changes in the law or procedures. It is therefore recommended that you subscribe
Specific information to be included in the description of the situation, depending on the type of procedure:
For applications related to marriage, legal cohabitation, child recognition, or family reunification: please specify the nationality of the spouse/partner/child
For a single permit application : please specify the type of function, your qualifications, and the worker's residency status (in Belgium: legal or illegal residency/abroad).
For an economic immigration application, or for family or other reasons : please indicate whether you own assets or receive regular income (e.g., rent, dividends, pension) in Belgium or abroad that would allow you to be considered as having "sufficient resources".
For a nationality application: please specify the number of years of legal residence, the type of residence permit and your socio-economic integration (work, training, studies, etc.)
For a humanitarian or medical regularization application: please tell us if you have already submitted applications in the past and which ones, and describe your medical or humanitarian situation.
If you experience any difficulties (technical or otherwise) in completing this questionnaire, do not hesitate to contact Lena at the secretariat on 02/5031217 , she will be happy to help you.
